Email security for IT service providers
Check suspicious emails before anything happens
Your customers simply forward questionable emails. MailPurge analyses them automatically, your technicians decide, and the employee gets a clear answer.

Why suspicious?
Risk

- Sender imitates dhl.de

- Virus scan: nothing found
- AI hint: time pressure and payment request
- Hosted in the EU
- GDPR compliant
- Two-factor sign-in
- Multi-tenant
In four steps
How it works
- 1
Forward
The employee forwards the suspicious email as an attachment to their IT provider’s check address.
- 2
Automatic analysis
Attachments, links, sender and content are examined in an isolated environment: virus scanner, rules, link checks and AI hints.
- 3
Your technician decides
If anything looks suspicious, your technician reviews it in the panel. Clearly harmless emails can be answered automatically.
- 4
A clear answer
The employee learns whether the email is safe or should be deleted, without any dangerous content in the reply.
Features
Features
Multi-stage analysis
Virus scan (ClamAV), YARA rules, macro and document analysis, link and domain checks, sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Safe viewing
Emails are sanitised and shown separately; links only open through a check page. Malicious content never reaches your computers.
AI as a second opinion
An AI rates content and tone, running locally. It can warn, but never decide “safe” on its own.
Technician panel
Inbox, review, reply to the customer, roles and permissions, a log of every action, fully multi-tenant.
Your name, your portal
Your own logo, colours and portal address: your customers see your service, not ours.
Privacy made in Germany
Servers in the EU, data strictly separated per tenant, raw data deleted after a set period. Files are never sent to third parties; VirusTotal only receives checksums.

Where is the data stored?
Only on servers in the EU. Each IT provider's data is strictly separated from everyone else's. The reported emails themselves are deleted automatically after a configurable period (90 days by default); the result is kept.
What do my customers need to do?
Nothing to install: employees simply forward a suspicious email as an attachment to their own check address. The answer comes back by email.
Does an AI read our emails?
An AI rates text and tone as an extra hint. It runs on our own hardware in Germany, not at an external AI provider. It never receives attachments and can never mark an email as “safe” on its own.
Are files sent to third parties such as VirusTotal?
No. Attachments never leave our scanning servers. VirusTotal receives at most a checksum (a digital fingerprint), never the file.
Can I offer MailPurge under my own name?
Yes. With your own logo, colours and portal address, your customers see your service. MailPurge stays in the background.
How quickly is there a result?
The automatic analysis usually takes less than a minute. If an email is clearly harmless, the answer can go out automatically right away; otherwise your technician decides.
